How much does a private chef cost in Paris?
Every service is bespoke: the price depends on the number of guests, the menu, the produce and the format. Give a budget range in your enquiry and Tommaso will send you a detailed proposal. Ingredients are invoiced at cost.
What do I need to provide?
An equipped kitchen (hob, oven, fridge, work surface), cookware and tableware: they are not included in the service. For a large reception, Tommaso will tell you what to rent.
Who does the grocery shopping?
Tommaso selects the produce, following the seasons. Its cost is yours and invoiced at cost, on top of the service.
Can we taste the menu before the event?
Yes. A tasting beforehand allows every plate to be fine-tuned before the big day. It is charged separately.
Are allergies and dietary requirements catered for?
Yes, all allergies and all diets, as long as they are flagged in advance, ideally in your enquiry.
For how many guests?
From two people for a private dinner to more than one hundred and fifty for a wedding or reception. For large events, Tommaso assembles a brigade of trusted cooks: he served 180 guests, plated, in October 2026.
What style of cooking?
Italian and French fine dining, and the places where they meet: seasonal produce, delicate plates, a soft spot for fish, especially lake fish. Tommaso builds menus that tell a story, the story of your event. Discover his career.
How is the meal served?
Plated at the table, as in a fine-dining restaurant. Other formats are possible on request, to suit your event.
Which area do you cover?
Paris and the inner suburbs (Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis, Val-de-Marne). For an event further afield, mention it in your enquiry.
Which language can I speak with the chef?
English, French or Italian. Handy for corporate events with international guests.
How do I book?
Suggest a date and describe your event in the enquiry form. Tommaso replies personally to arrange a meeting and send you a proposal.
