Enquiries

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: name, email, phone, location, event details and message. They are used only to reply to you and prepare a proposal, at your request.

They are read by the chef and by the person who helps him manage enquiries, kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted. They are never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Audience measurement

To improve the website, we measure visits with our own tool, without cookies and without storing your IP address: pages viewed, referring site, approximate country and city, device type, language, time spent and form steps reached. Before an enquiry is sent, only the non-personal form answers are measured (type of event, date, number of guests, budget); never your name, email, phone or message.

This data is kept for thirteen months at most. You can opt out at any time:

Hosting

The website and its data are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Any transfers outside the European Union are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing or object to it, by writing to tommaso.digennaro94@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
