Allergies and dietary requirements are respected when flagged in advance. To be sure of your choices, a tasting beforehand is possible.
Plated at the table
As in a great restaurant: every plate is dressed to order and served at the table. Tommaso learned this service at Joël Robuchon and Le Sirenuse.
He cooks on site: all he needs is an equipped kitchen, your cookware and your tableware. Ingredients are invoiced at cost.
